A couple of bruisers get it on at the southern end of Golden Valley County near Beach, North Dakota last fall, ultimately coming to a standstill as their headgear locks up. Fortunately, local ranchers were able to rope one of them and hold them steady long enough to bring in a chainsaw and remove enough points to free them. The stronger of the two immediately took off while the other made it to the fence and hid in the brush for a while. Both deer survived.
More photos after the jump.
Thanks Bubba!
